We’re a husband and wife team who genuinely couldn’t imagine doing this without each other! We met while working for John Paul Mitchell Systems teaching haircutting, color and business.
Our salon is contrived of experiences we’ve enjoyed together. We’ve been fortunate to travel the world sharing the art, passion and knowledge of our beautiful business with fellow stylists. Our international experience, shared passion and knowledge, supports our collaborative team. Our drive and likemindedness brought us together so we can offer you the best in hair care and “an exceptional salon experience.”

Thank you for stopping by! I believe choosing a stylist is about more than beautiful hair-it’s about finding someone you trust.
After more than 30 years behind the chair, I still love helping women discover the hairstyle and color that best compliments their features, lifestyle, and personality. Every guest is unique, and I enjoy creating customized looks that are beautiful, wearable, and designed specifically for them.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with woman of all ages, hair types and textures. My guests trust me to provide honest recommendations, personalized solutions, and the experience to create beautiful, healthy hair that works for their lifestyle.
I grew up in Berlin and opened the doors of Tracy & Company in the Berlin Community in 1994. I currently reside in Marlborough on the lake with my husband and business partner Anthony. Aside from enjoying my career, I love traveling, dining out, doing chi gong, and hanging out by the lake with my family and friends. Health, beauty and overall wellness are very important parts of my life, and I believe caring for yourself inside and out helps you feel your best.
My approach is never one-size-fits-all. Every appointment begins with understanding your goals so we can create a look that’s beautiful today and easy to maintain between visits. Whether you’re looking for a subtle refresh or a complete transformation, I’d love the opportunity to help you achieve your hair goals.

The perfect compliment to your shape is a color that not only makes you the best version of you, but also works well with in your lifestyle. Blonde, brunette, red dimensional sun kissed…I’ve got you. I work hard to pick up and embellish where mother nature left off.
Spending much of my haircutting career teaching the fundamentals of haircutting, I’ve become a lifetime student. I love sharing time and energy with like minded people who love to have fun.
Sometimes all you need are a few small recommendations to find the complementary shape and color you’ve been looking for.

As a Senior Stylist at Tracy & Company, I’ve been fortunate to receive years of advanced education and mentorship from Tracy and Anthony while continuing to refine my skills through ongoing education. I’m committed to staying current with the latest techniques so I can provide every guest with beautiful, personalized results.
Whether you’re maintaining your signature look or ready for a change, my goal is to make every visit comfortable, personalized, and leave you feeling confident every time you look in the mirror..
When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll find me at the gym or spending time with my family.

Hello my name is Kristy, and it is my passion to make sure every guest has an above and beyond experience.
I enjoy my management role at Tracy & Company and I will help you navigate your way with reservations, products, gift cards and anything else that would make your experience at Tracy & Company enjoyable. I am here for you, to make sure your visit meets our gold standard.
When I'm not at work, I enjoy hiking and spending time outdoors with my husband and children. I strive to remain a pleasant, authentic asset to our beautiful business and look forward to having the opportunity to brighten your day.
