We met teaching for John Paul Mitchell Systems, guiding stylists around the world in the art of cutting, color, and business. That journey - the cities, the studios, the countless stylists we’ve had the privilege of mentoring - lives in everything we’ve built here.
Our salon reflects that: a collaborative team shaped by international training and a shared philosophy of excellence. It’s this partnership, and our mutual devotion to the craft, that allows us to offer you not just a service, but an exceptional salon experience - one visit at a time.

TRACY QUATTROPANI

After more than 30 years behind the chair, I still love helping women discover the hairstyle and color that best complements their features, lifestyle, and personality. Every guest is unique, and I enjoy creating customized looks that are beautiful, wearable, and designed specifically for them.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with woman of all ages, hair types and textures. My guests trust me to provide honest recommendations, personalized solutions, and the experience to create beautiful, healthy hair that works for their lifestyle.
I grew up in Berlin and opened the doors of Tracy & Company in the Berlin Community in 1994. I currently reside in Marlborough on the lake with my husband and business partner Anthony. Aside from enjoying my career, I love traveling, dining out, doing chi gong, and hanging out by the lake with my family and friends. Health, beauty and overall wellness are very important parts of my life, and I believe caring for yourself inside and out helps you feel your best.
My approach is never one-size-fits-all. Every appointment begins with understanding your goals so we can create a look that’s beautiful today and easy to maintain between visits. Whether you’re looking for a subtle refresh or a complete transformation, I’d love the opportunity to help you achieve your hair goals.

Blonde, brunette, dimensional sun kissed red - whatever you’re drawn to, I’ve got you covered .My work is about picking up where Mother Nature left off and elevating it.
I’ve spent much of my career teaching the fundamentals of haircutting, which has made me a lifetime student myself. I love sharing time and energy with like minded people who believe great hair should also be fun.

As a Senior Stylist at Tracy & Company, I’ve been fortunate to receive years of advanced education and mentorship from Tracy and Anthony while continuing to refine my skills through ongoing education. I’m committed to staying current with the latest techniques so I can provide every guest with beautiful, personalized results.
Whether you’re maintaining your signature look or ready for a change, my goal is to make every visit comfortable, personalized, and leave you feeling confident every time you look in the mirror..
When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll find me at the gym or spending time with my family.

Hello, my name is Kristy, and it is my passion to make sure every guest has an above-and-beyond experience.
As Manager at Tracy & Company, I’m here to help with everything outside the chair - reservations, products, gift cards and anything else that makes your visit seamless. My goal is simple: to ensure every experience meets our gold standard, from the moment you walk in.
When I'm not at the salon, you’ll find me hiking and spending time outdoors with my husband and children. I bring that same warmth and authenticity to work every day, and I look forward to the chance to brighten yours.
