How to Start & What to Expect

At Tracy & Company, We work in a collaborative, team-based salon with one goal: to provide you with an outstanding experience from the moment you reserve your visit to the moment your stylist puts the finishing touches on your hair.

You have many options with our stylists. Our entire team of experts are at your service ready to cater to your every need. Meeting your needs, accommodating your busy schedule while pampering you are our top priorities!

STEP 1: Book your appointment online.

Our booking portal will walk you through 4 quick steps such as choosing a service, date and time.

STEP 2: Register for our booking portal.

It’s quick and easy and any information you enter is simply for contacting you about your appointment. We never share your information.

Please note you will need a credit card to secure the reservation.

STEP 3: Begin your consultation.

Our reservation team will reach out to you personally through an email or phone call to welcome you to our salon. We will then ask you to fill out our New Guest Form. The form helps us understand your unique hair and styling needs.

STEP 4: Fill out the form.

Fill it out as best as you can and send it back to us. It‘s very helpful, but not necessary, to include a current photo of yourself and any inspiration photos you may have. This will best prepare us for your visit. A picture is worth a thousand words!

STEP 5: Prepare to be pampered!

After you’ve completed the form, we will review it and confirm your upcoming reservation. We look forward to welcoming you to our salon and meeting you in person!
